11 EffiUJ IDWE KDOEITIISTIlflOT WHICH WILL SOON BE THE CENTER OF THE BEST RESIDENT PORTION OF THE CITY. Creston, as the name implies, is situated on a beautiful, high and healthful elevation in the fresh untainted air from the west, free from irritating noises, smoke, dust or other objectionable conditions, and is surrounded with choice homes of a high class which has already affixed a high standard of character to the locality, and affixed a well defined value to lots and property. CRESTON is the Logical Home Site in Richmond, close in to the center of the city, only one block from car line. Cars every few minutes, near to school, church, and only one block from Earlham College. Lots are deep and face with a good frontage on West Main street and South A street between 9th and 11th streets, S. W. Each lot restricted to a good home; to set back on a line, and no structure or business .of an obnoxious nature permitted in the addition, and every effort will be exercised to make Creston a clean, wholesome place for clean people to live. There is no place too good for your home. South A street has cement sidewalks, curb, gutter and an improved gravel street, also city water. Main street is paved to within one block of the addition and at that point lots are being held as high as $1,000 each.
Think of these valuable Creston Lots thrown. upon the cold mercies of the auction block, at $5 down and $5 per month, and if you pay all cash a big discount will be allowed. THERE WILL NO DOUBT BE BARGAINS And every lot will be worth twice what it will bring at a sale like this. The minute you pay $5, your profit starts. You are sure to make money. If you will come out and see the buildings and improvements going in all around, and the fine location in line of the cities' growth, you will see why every dollar invested in Creston Lots must increase. The time is ripe in this attractive, rapid growing spot, to invest where there is activity in the well defined lines of the city's progress, and every day the demand grows for, lots. The improvements will grow greater and this demand makes increased profits to any one fortunate enough to secure one or more of these already valuable Lots at Auction Sale, Saturday, August 22, at 1 o'clock p. m. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN INVESTMENT IF YOUR MONEY IS PAYING BUT PALTRY INTEREST IF YOUR MONEY IS NOT IN A SAFE PLACE IF YOU WANT A HOME BARGAIN DAY IS HERE, AUG. 22, 1914
There is absolutely nothing safer or surer than Creston Lots to grow as the city expands.' No matter where you live or where you go, the Investment in Creston Lots today at anything like reasonable prices is bound to increase because surrounding conditions compel increased values. If you have the money to pay down or if you have $5 to pay down and can pay $5 per month, no matter whether for investment or for a home, you owe it to yourself and family to attend this unusual sale and to bid on the courage of your own convictions and judgment because you have never had a chance like this. Connie out before sale day .and select your lot. Then be on hand sale day, Saturday, August 22, at 1:00 o'clock p. mm.9 Corner West Main and West Ninth Streets. How to go Take Earlham car line, get off at West Ninth street, opposite Earlham College. Then go north one block. A. O. DBERKNG, Auctioneer For Wrn. C. Ferguson, Trustee
