Why Parisian Women's Skins Are Perfect

It is remarked by every visitor to the famous social centre of the world that the native ladies have clear, velvety skins of rare beauty. Inquiry as to the reason illicits the information that instead of face powders, they use lotions. One that is decidedly valuable can be made at home by dissolving 4 ounces spurmax from the drug

store in either pint hot water or ' witch hazel to which is added 2 teai spoonfuls glycerine. This makes an i ideal lotion for summer use. The spur- ! max lotion is a great skin-cleanser and i beautifler, as it seems part of the skin j and dispels the rough, shiny, oily condition. Its regular use will give to the ; complexion a touch of refined ele- ; ganc impossible with powder or

rouge. It Is splendid tor rrecmes, tan and sunburn. (Advertisement)

HOW, YOU MAY THROW AWAY YOUR GLASSES

The statement is made that thous- : 'i.ds wear eyeglasses who do not really need them. If you are one of these unfortunates, then these glasses may l.e ruining your eyes instead of helping them. Thousands who wear "win("ows" may prove for themselves that they can dispense with glasses if they will get the following prescription filled at once: Go to any active drug store and get a bottle of Optoma; fill a two-ounce bottle with wai"1 and drop in one Optoma tablet. With this harmless liquid solution bathe the eyes two or four times daily and you are likely to be astonished at the results right from the start. Many who have been told that they have astigmatism, eyestrain, cataract, sore eyelids, weak eyes, conjunctivitis and other eye disorders, report wonderful benefits from the use of this free prescription. (Jet this prescription filled and use it; you may so strengthen your eyes that glasses will not be necessary. Thousands who are blind or nearly so, or who wear glasses would never have required them if they had cared for their eyes in time. Save your eyes before it is too late! Do not become one of these victims of neglect. Eyeglasses are only like crutches and every few years they must be changed to fit the ever-increasing weakened condition, so better see if you can, like many others, get clear, healthy, strong magnetic eyes through the prescription here given.
