Numerous improvements will be made about the college buildings this spring. The building committee reported satisfactory progress in planning the Improvements to the observatory on which $1,600 will be spent. The interior of the building will be reflnished and the equipment thoroughly gone over. Earlham hall dining room will be decorated at a cost of several hundred dollars. A few changes will also be made in the chapel decorations. President Kelly made his first report on the Fell-Dunn estate, which includes real estate left the college by Antonette FellUhrough her nephew. Mr. Dunn, of Lafayette. The real estate is valued at $66,000 and carries with It a considerable annual Income which, however, will be divided with Mr. Dunn. Deeds, abstracts and other legal Instruments are in the hands of the college and $65,000 has been credited to the endowment fund.
