COACH ANNOUNCES INTER-CLASS MEET Nohr Arranges Contests Be1 tween Four High School Teams. April 23 Seniors vb. Juniors. April 28 Juniors vs. Seniors. May 1 Sophomores vs. Freshmen. Director Nohr of the high school track team, has announced the schedule of interclass meets to be held the latter part of this month between the four sections of boys at the school. Nohr hopes by this method of work to stimulate interest in the game and to bring out prospective material for the varsity squad. It is the intention of the coach to get every possible candidate in the school to try for the team. Dope favors no team in the outcome of the meets. Although the seniors and sophomores look like winners, much unknown quantity is yet to be heard from the ranks of the other two classes. One of the new men who will compete in the contests is Garey. Every class will be represented by good men. The loss of McKee, captain of the seniors, will no doubt be a big handicap to that team, but Hart, Thornburg, Ball, Kinsella, Ferguson and Brehm are expected to fill up the gap. Kampe, Loehr and Johanning will be some of the mainstays of the junior squad. The sophomores rest their hopes on the work of Porter, Kampe and Arnold, while Hafner is looked upon as the most dangerous man In the freshmen ranks, -nhhdayu dCvsaF Minck's Celebrated Boek on tap and in bottles. DRUGS EXCITE YOUR KIDNEYS, USE SALTS If Your Back is Aching or Bladder Bothers, Drink Lots of Water and Eat Less Meat. When your kidneys hurt and your back feels sore, don't get scared and proceed to load your stomach with a lot of drugs that excite the kidneys and irritate the entire urinary tract. Keep your kidneys clean like you keep your bowels clean, by flushing them with a mild, harmless salts which removes the body's urinous waste and stimulates them to their normal activity. The function of the kidneys is to filter the blood. In twenty-four hours they strain from it 500 grains of acid and waste, so we can readily understand the vital importance of keeping the kidneys active. Drink lots of water you can't drink too much; also get from any pharmacist about four ounces of Jad Salts; take a tablespoonful In a glass of water before breakfast each morning for a few days and your kidneys will act fine. This famous salts is made from the acid of grapes and lemon juice, combined with lithia and has been used for generations to clean and stimulate clogged kidneys; also to neutralize the acids In urine so it no longer is a source of irritation, thus ending bladder weakness. Jad Salts is Inexpensive; can not injure; makes a delightful effervescent lithia-water drink which every one should take now and then to keep their kidneys clean and active. Try this, also keep up the water drinking, and no doubt you will wonder what became of your kidney trouble and backacXe.

Most thin people eat from four to s pounds of good solid fat-making food every day, and still do not increas j in weight one ounce, while on the other hand many of the plump, chunky folks eat very lightly and keep gaining all the time. It's all bosh to say that this is the nature of the individual. It isn't Nature's way at all. Thin folks stay thin because their powers of assimilation are defective. They just absorb enough or the food they eat to maintain life and a semblance of health and strength. Stuffing won't help them. A dozen meals a day won't make them gain a single stay there" pound. All the fat-producing elements of their food just stay in the intestines until they pass from the body as waste. What such people need is something that will prepare these fatty food elements so that their blood can absorb them and deposit them all about the Dody something, too, that will multiply their red blood corpuscles and increase their blood's carying power. For such a condition I always recommend eating a Sargol tablet with every meal. Sargol is not, as some believe, a patented drug, but is a scientific combination of six of the most effective and powerful flesh-building elements known to chemistry. It is absolutely harmless, yet wonderfully effective, and a single tablet eaten with each meal often has' the effect of in creasing the weight of a thin man or woman from three to five pounds a week. Sareol is sold by Leo H. Fihe and other good druggists everywhere on a positive guarantee of weight increase ex money back.
