Although great in number, the realty deals during last week were small in value and the biggest piece of laud changing hands did not bring more than $80 an acre. In the city of Richmond, twenty pieces of prop erty changed hands. Most of the deals were for vacant lots, however, and the total value of the ground was small. The biggest deal of the week was the sale of a farm in the southwest corner of Ablngton township, near the Union township line, by Norville Doddridge to H. II. Housewortb, for $7,600.
