POKER GAME DRIVES AWAY DULLMONOTONY Pennsy Passengers Suffer Little from Delay in Reaching Terminals.
PALLADIUM WANT ADS
Passengers on trains stalled or running slowly yesterday on account of the storm, amused themselves in various ways and suffered little inconvenience, except in the loss of time, according to their statements last night. In "The 24-hour New Yorker," No. .P.O, due in Richmond at 7:45 o'clock last night, one compartment, with curtains drawn, was the scene of a lively poker game in which four men were engaged. The train arrived here at 9:30 o'clock with all but the last two
coaches comfortably warm. The conductor said there were thirty-five through passengers for New York city, most of whom had retired when the train reached Richmond. The waiting room of the Pennsylvania station presented an animated scene. From noon yesterday until almost midnight the place was crowded. The men gathered together in Utile groups, tried to sleep or wondered alone around the room. Similarity in conditions of the storm with the flood period a year ago, seemed a favorite topic of conversation. One man said that he was held up in Richmond from the day train on a Monday in March, 1913 and had spent most of the day and night in the Pennsylvania station. Since that time lie said he had not seen Richmond until yesterday when he was again
brought in on No. 14 from Terrp ; Haute and left here enroute to Day ton.

Drink lots of water and stop eating meat for a while if your Bladder troubles you.
When you wake up with backache and dull misery in the kidney region It generally means you have been eating ton much meat, says a well-known authority. Meat forms.uric acid which overworks the kidneys in their effort to filter it from the blood and they bef ome sort of paralyzed and loggy. When your kidneys get sluggish and clog you must relieve them, like you relieve your bowels; removing all the body's urinous waste, else you have backache, sick headache, dizzy spells; your stomach sours, tongue is coated, and when the weather is bad you have rheumatic twinges. The urine Is cloudy, full of sediment, channels often get sore, water scalds and you are obliged to seek relief two or three times during the night. Either consult a good, reliable physician at once or get from your pharmacist about four ounces of Jad Salts; take a tablespoonful in a glass of water before breakfast for a few days and your kidneys will then act fine. This famous salts is made from the acid of grapes and lemon juice, combined with lithia, and has been used for generations to clean and stimulate sluggish kidneys, also to neutralize acids In the urine so It no longer irritates, thus ending bladder weakness. Jad Salts is a life saver for regular meat eaters. It is inexpensive, cannot injure and makes a delightful, effervescent lithla-water drink. y
