CAMBRIDGE CITY, Ind., Dec. 2. Burglars entered the grocery Htore of C. H. Draver and secured $10 from the cash register Saturday night. It is the third burglary here within a week, the drug store of Dean House having been robbed of $60 and another grocery store entered last week. Entrance was effected by breaking a window glass. The noise was deadened by placing a piece of table linen against the glass before shattering it. An attempt was made to force an entrance in the rear door of the Hollowell store. The burglars failed to get into the store and the marks of their work with tools can be seen on the rear door. Howard Elliot and son Robert, have returned to Newcastle after a few days spent with Enoch Hlghley and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Gobel spent Sunday in Indianapolis. Omar Manlove transacted business in Fort Wayne at the close of the week. Mrs. W. H. McCartney and daughter, Mabel, of Conde, S. D., after a visit with the former's cousin, Mrs. Ralph Tague, went to Arcadia today to visit friends before returning to their home in the west. Odd Fallows Banquet. Twelve or fifteen members of the Hormah Encampment I. O. O. F. attended a banquet given Saturday evening by the Whitewater Encampment of Richmond. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Keplar entertained at a house party Saturday and Sunday at their home, north of town, The company included Will Keplar and family, of Indianapolis, Auditor Bowman and family of Richmond and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Schiedler and son, DeWItt. Miss Bertie Lafever will go to Connersville Thursday to spend a few days with Mr. and .Mrs. Nelson Furnham. Vlaited Richmond. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Echepman and son have returned after a few days spent with Mr. Schepman's parents.

Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Morris have returned to Indianapolis after having spent the Thanksgiving vacation with relatives in Cambridge City and Hagerstown.
