Elizabeth ?. Thomas SOCIAL CALENDAR FOR TUESDAY. A concert will be given at First Presbyterian church by Misses Carolyn Hutton and Mildred Schalk, and Frances Johnston, of Logan sport. The Tango club will meet in Odd Fellows' hall under the direction of Mr. Bert Kolp. Mrs. Russell Gaar will entertain at her new home in West Richmond for Mrs. Thomas J. Campbell. The members of the Domestic Science Association will hold a fruit sale in the Johnson store. MrB. Burton Gaines will be host'.ss for a thimble party to begiven for the members of the Eastern Star at her home on Main street. The November meeting of the Woman's Aid society of the Fifth Street Methodist church will be held Tuesday afternoon instead of Wednesday, at the home of Mrs. W. H. Longman, 431 Richmond avenue. A called meeting of St. Paul's Guild of St. Paul's Episcopal church will be held in the afternoon at 2 o'clock at the parish house. Mrs. William Dudley Foulke and Miss Gwendolyn Foulke will give a reception in honor of Mrs. Cleveland K. Chase, of Clinton, N. Y., who is here for Thanksgiving. SOCIAL GATHERINGS Thanksgiving week promises to be quite gay this year and a number of dances will be given. A number of the young people who are attending colleges and universities will return home.
