APPRAISERS FIX PARKL0T PRICES Cost of Sites Vary As to Location Near Newly Made Lake. Building lots In Morton park will range in valuation all the way from $50 to $500, according to the appraisers who went over part of the building sites yesterday. The committee appointed to place valuations ol th; lots inspected those on the south side f the lake from the dam almost to Vne extreme eastern portion of the yark. This afternoon they completed the Inspection of lots on the south side if the lake and those on the north llde next to the road. When the iipiralBetnent has been completed the Ifeluation will be totaled and if the (mount is not sufficiently large to lay the cost of the land and the conItruction of the dam. the valuation 1 rill be increased accordingly. It will be necessary that the lots I ell for an average of close to $200 to permit the park company to come out even on the project. Consider Advantages. The members of the committee on appraisement have at all times been close together on lot valuations. Location, shade, convenience to the water edge, natural dockage for boats and many other things are being taken Into consideration in fixing the prices of ten lots. The next step in the development of the park will be the construction of the Haas road, which passes almost entirely around the park. This road, when completed, will make it possible for people to reach the park over many of the blind north and south streets in the east part of the city which now lead nowhere. The contract for the construction of the road will be let by the county commissioners on November 15. It is thought that the street car lino will be be extended at the same time the road Is built. No steps have been taken for the completion of the bridge ar the dam, but the fill probably will be made and a Btreet opened by the time the Haas road is completed. An inspection of the concrete roads of Connersvllle is being made by the county commissioners in anticipation of the Haas road and Barton road, for which contracts for construction will be let this month. Both roads will be concrete out of the city and of brick within the limits. The Haas and Barton roads will be the most expensive at the initial cost of any roads which have been built In the county for several years. Both tart at .1 street near the river, one crossing onto the New Paris pike and the other continuing east to Nineteenth street where it joins the Hawkins road. The commissioners will return Saturday and by that time w-ill have discussed the plans under which the Fayette county commissioners let contracts for the construction of the concrete roads there. The plans and specifications for the construction of the Haas and Barton roads are open to contractors who wish to bid for the contract. SALTS IF KIDNEYS OR BLADDER BOTHER Harmless to flush Kidneys and neutralize irritating acids Splendid for system. Kidney and Bladder weakness result from uric acid, says a noted authority. The idneys filter this acid from the blood and pass it on to the bladder, where it often remains to irritate and inflame, causing a burning, scalding sensation, or setting up an irritation at the neck of the bladder, obliging you to seek relief two or three times during the night. The sufferer ;s in constant dread, the water passes sometimes with a scalding sensation and is very profuse; again, there is difficulty in avoiding it. Bladder weakness, most folks call it, because they car.'t control urination. While it is evtremely annoying and gonirt'iiifs very painful, this is really one of the most simple ailments to overcome. Get about four ounces of Jad SaUs from your pharmacist and take a tablespoonful in a glass of water before breakfast, continue this for two or three dsys. This will neutralise the acids in the urine so it no longer is a source of irritation to the bladder and urinary organs which then act normally again. Jad Salts is inexpensive, harmless, and is made from the acid of grapes Bjid lemon juice, -combined with Ilthia, and is used by thousands of folks who are subject to urinary disorders caused by uric acid irritation. Jad Salts is epelndid for kidneys and causes no bad effects whatever. Hero you hsve a pleasant, effervescent lithia-water drink, which quickly relieves bladder trouble. Advertisement)
