The Honor of the Family--CTchocaSSeagcome pany was founded in this city. The WESTCOTTS have builded painstakingly and well. WESTCOTT Carriages were celebrated the world over for their service-giving qualities and beauty of design, and when the Westcott Motor Company was established in the early days of motoring its most valuable asset was the Westcott family name. The Westcotts are pardonably proud of their enviable reputation. It is their earnest endeavor to be known by the quality of their output rather than by the quantity. In the big, four-story brick Westcott factory, that is modern in every respect and ideally arranged, it is a conservative task to build 1 ,500 Westcotts annually. And when this has been done up to the standard of the Westcott the purpose of the company has been accomplished.

WESTCOTT six-cylinder, seven passenger touring car, $2,535.00. Note the many refinement features, such as absolutely dustproof top cover, clear running boards, scuff leather protection beneath each of the four doors, leather covered back of front seat, etc. The tire irons are fastened to frame in rear and are absolutely stationary.

WESTCOTT Four-Cylinder, Five Passenger Touring Car, $1,985.00

WESTCOTT Four-Cylinder Roadster, $1,985.00 WESTCOTTS Are As Good as TBuefir Best Partts Every part of the WESTCOTT, from the motor to the smallest cotter pin, is as near 100 per cent efficient as it is possible to obtain through the use of money and intelligence. WESTCOTT cars were not built to fit a certain price. The price was added last. Each individual part in the WESTCOTT is made by the world's conceded best specialist in that part. Warner transmission and steering gear, Mayo radiator, Timken axles, Rayfield carburetor, Bosch Magneto, Jesco starting and lighting system, Firestone demountable rims, Goodyear tires, etc., on down the line. The names associated with the WESTCOTT cars are all big names. WESTCOTT machinery has no s uperior. The WESTCOTTS are their own specialists in luxury and finish details. Experience during almost fifty years of vehicle manufacturing makes them leaders in these lines, and the springs, paint and upholstering of WESTCOTT cars are unsurpassed. WESTCOTT FOURS have successfully stood every test and are all the most exacting of motorists demand in four-cylinder cars. The WTESTCOTT SIX is more than a six in name. With extreme power and marvelous flexibility, it is everything the buyer who pays more money has reason to expect from the larger power plant and other "Real Six" superiorities.

The WESTCOTT-TEETER motor, Teeter built and WESTCOTT supervised, is the big feature of the WESTCOTT Six. Other higher priced cars use the Teeter motor and some of them charge as high as $250 extra for installing this motor, which is regular equipment on all WESTCOTT Sixes.

To the experienced motorist who has owned and driven other cars, who knows motor car quality, who finds pleasure only in sitting at the wheel of a powerful, speedy, responsive and snappy car that fairly pulsates with controlled vim and vigor; to the mottorist who is satisfied only when he can, with a well filled car, sweep over the steepest hills, or creep at a snail's pace through the most congested traffic on high gear; to the most exacting and fastidious of modern motorists from every standpoint of mechanical con-

struction, correctness of design and elegance of finish, we commend with out one single mental reservation the 1914 WESTCOTT the car that is honor bound to be good.

Drive, control, dash, starter, accelerator and cutout. The shifting lever and emergency brake are so placed as to enable the driver freely to use both doors, and the adjustable steering wheel is set at a long angle that is pleasing to the driver. The electric lighted speedometer, magneto switch and amateur gauge are set flush with the dash. The electric starter pedal is set parallell with the foot pedals and is operated in the same manner. The cutout is at the extreme left. Beneath the foot pedal is the accelerator, or foot throttle, an exclusive Westcott feature. In operating the accelerator the drivir simply moves his foot from right to left, instead of up and down, thereby feeding the gasoline much more evenly and with greater comfort to the driver. In the center of the front seat is a small leather

covered compartment, containing gasoline gauge and small

tools. U
