MILTON MILTON, Ind., May 8. Mrs. A. J. Hart was a Cambridge City visitor, Monday. The M. E. Sunday school will observe Mothers Day with a nice program, Sunday morning. The Rev. Westhafer will follow with a sermon on the same line of thought. In the evening he will also preach,, his sermon subject being "Wages and Equivalent." Mrs. Ernest Doty is spending the week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hale. Word has been received by friends here that Mrs. John Ball is now in the hospital In Chicago where she recently underwent an operation for gall stones. Sixty-seven stones were reT4 moved, requiring two hours and ten minutes time for the operation. She ,'(' is getting along nicely. Mrs. George Beeson, who has been so ill at Connersville is reported better and hope of her recovery is now entertained. ' I E. P, Jones was among those from f Milton who attended the fish banquet at Richmond, Tuesday night. Mrs. John Ohm it, of Cambridge City, has been in attendance on her mother, Mrs. Rebecca Werking. The Christian Aid Society will meet Tuesday of next week with Mrs. Frank Teetor. A Tom Thumb wedding will be given at the I. O. O. F. hall Friday evening under the auspices of the M. E. church.
