, (Continued from Page One.) thirty days, proceedings against the company will be instituted. Unsightly Dumps. Residents of Richmond avenue from the Doran bridge to West Fifth street filed an objection -with the board against the city dump and the ground usd by Jacob Kern to store boilers. The women stated that much of the traffic into West Richmond comes over Doran bridge and up Richmond avenue, and that the first "greeting" is one of the most unsightly places in the city, reflecting discreditably on the entire portion of the city west of the river. . The women stated that they preferred to have the billboard which stands back on the ground, set close to the sidewalk to shut off the view of the ground. Kern and other owners of the property will be ordered to construct a high board fence next to the sidewalk. Mayor Zimmerman advised the women to prosecute any city dump men allowing paper to blow from the dump, lie jstated that the men had been ordered to burn the combustible rubbish on the dump, and that if they failed to do this, allowing it to be blown away, they could be ined under city ordinance. New City Directory. A representative of the R. L. Polk Publishing company, of Indianapolis, secured orders from the board for new city directories, which will be issued within a few months. The price of these books has been raised from $3 to $4. Members of the board complained that the present city directory Is very unsatisfactory and asked that more care, be taken this year in secur

ing accurate information as to the names and addresses of the citizens of Richmond. Flook to Indianapolis. City Health Officer Davis was glyen permission to seid Charles Flook, city dairy inspector, to Indianapolis to the meeting of the state health officers, where a number of government experts will speak on the various questions which confront health officers and dairy Inspectors in dealing with the milk question. The convention is to be held May 13 and 14.

Health a Factor In Success. The largest factor contributing to a man's success is undoubtedly health. It has been observed that a man is seldom sick when his bowels are regular he Is never well when they are constipated. For constipation you will find nothing quite so good as Chamberlain's Tablets. They not only move the bowels but improve the appetite and strengthen digestion. They are sold by all dealers. Advnrtlsem.nO
