"As a measure which will be of great value to the people of the whole state 1 do not know of one passed by any legislature in a generation which out ranks the vocational law in importance," stated Governor Ralston in his communication. It will be necessary for twenty Wayne county farmers to make application for the expert to come to this county. The petition for the farmers to sign will be made out by the school officials. County Supt. Williams believes no difficulty will be encountered in securing the names. The expert will be appointed by the Agricultural department of Purdue University. The purpose is to bring men and women to discuss the vocational law and measures relating to the upbuilding of Indiana farming resources. "Clincher" Paint "We know a paint which holds to tne wood like a driven nail. Seasoned lumber is porous. The pores are ti.e empty sapcells. White lead paint, which dries on the wood in the form of a solid, elastic film, fastens into these pores, and the whole coat of paint is actually riveted like armorplate to the surface it decorates and protects. Anchor White Lead (Dutch Boy Trade-Mark) and Pure Linseed Oil make the paint that spreads into a solid body. It becomes a part of the wood itself an outer layer that preserves the life of the lumber. We sell it as well as other painting- requisites. Come in and have a talk with us about painting.
