A short program composed of readlings by Miss Ruth Leverton and Miss Jmma Gingrich and musical selections and readings from the victrola. ( Frank Leibhardt of Richmond spent over, Sunday with his brother, George Leibhardt. Mrs. Eizabeth Kimmel was at Centerville Sunday as the guest of her non and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Kimmel. Mrs. G. A. Borders entertained the W. F. M. S. of the M. E. church Friday afternoon. There was a good attendance and a very interesting program. M., on Thursday, April 24th. 1913, for the following described public improvements in the City of Richmond, as authorized by the Improvement Resolutions named: Improvement Resolution No. 381, 1913 For the improvement of South 7th Street, from South "J" Street to South "L" Street, by grading, graveling the roadway, and constructing cement curb, gutter and sidewalks 6 feet wide on said street, between the points named. ; All work done in the making of said described public improvements, shall be in accordance wkh the terms and conditions of the Improvement Resolutions, as numbered, and the detail plans, profiles, drawings and specifications which are on file and may be seen in the office of said Board of Public Works of the Citv of Richmond. .. The bidders, in submitting proposals to make said described public improvements, must accompany each bid with a certified check in the sum of $100, as evidence of good faith that the successful bidders will execute, within ten days from the acceptance of proposals, contracts and bonds satisfactory to the said Board to do the work of making said improvements. A failure of the successful bidders to enter into such contracts and bonds upon the acceptance of such proposals will forfeit the cheeks and the sums of money payable thereon to the city as agreed and liquidated damages for euch failure.
