Indiana. Bids will be received until 11 o'clock a. m. of Monday, March 31st, 1913. Bids must be on blanks designated by the State, and which may be procured of the Auditor. All bids must be accompanied by an acceptable bond in a sum equal to the amount of the bid, and in all respects conform with the law governing such matters.
