RO
(Continued from Page One.) dero came out today. An eye-witness gave the following account. , "Gustavo was aroused in his cell In the Arsenal about half past one in the morning. He read death in the yes of the soldiers. Before the warrant for his execution had been pronounced his courage failed him and he fell upon his knees before his guards crying out 'I had nothing to do with all thi3; I am a civilian." Begged For His Life. "The soldiers were unmoved and Madero broke down and bean to weep and begged that his life be spared offering a fortune in gold to each soldier and declaring that he Mould leave Mexico forever. On his way to the palace he continued to plead. So great was his fear that he could hardly walk End he was half carried p.nl half dragged. Once inside of the palace corridor the officer in charge tcld him that he might invoke the "fugitive" law and run, if he thought he could escape. At once Madero, who was a heavily built man of 28, broke into a mad pace. However, before he had traveled five paceB Rodolfo Ryes, whose father Gen. Bernardo Reyes, had been shot In the first days of fight, whipped his revolver from its holster and flu:d. Madero lurched sideways but before he could fall other shots rang out. Madero wag dead before he reached the stone flagging of the courtyard. "Many other shots were fired r.t his prostrate body and afterward 12 wounds were discovered upon him. His clothing was torn into bits for ouvenirs." There was a scramble even for broken oits of Madero's glasses. One man
gave $27 for a piece of the glass for a relic.
Mother! Don't scold your cross, peevish child! Look at the tongue! See if it is white, yellow and coated! Want to Feel Young It's Olive Tablets For You!
Beware of the habit of constipation. It develops from just a few constipated days, especially in Old People, unless you take yourself in hand. Coax the jaded bowel muscles back to normal action with Dr. Edwards' Olive Tablets, the substitute for calomel. Don't force them to unnatural action with severe medicines or by merely flushing out the intestines with nasty, sickening cathartics. Dr. Edwards believes in gentleness, persistency and Nature's assistance. Dr. Edwards Olive Tablets oil the bowels; their action is gentle, yet positive. There is never any pain or griping when 01ive Tablets are used. Just the kind of treatment old persons should have.
