. 0 From Greenland's Icy Mountains to India's Coral StrandFeltman's Tramp Last Shoes Literally Tramp - Around the World JOSEPH F. MIKULEC, THE WORLD FAMOUS "GLOBE TROTTER," ON HIS PRESENT GLOBE-ENCIROLING TRAMP, WRITES FROM RANGOON, BURMAH, FOR ANOTHER PAIR. A short time ago he wrote us from China, ordering a pair to be sent to him at Yokohama, Japan. We sent them, but he beat us to it and had left before his shoes arrived. We are today sending him another pair to Cairo, Egypt. , Joe F. Mikulec is one of the most picturesque of all living men. He was born in Australia, but is a naturalized American citizen. He has tramped on foot more than seventy thousand miles or a distance of three times around the world.1 He has tramped through every state of the union and has credentials signed by the president of the United States, the governors of all the states, as well as the kings; potentates and great men of foreign countries, and wears a score of decorations bestowed upon. him by monarchs and emperors. About five years ago his travels took him through Richmond, Indiana. He walked into FELTMAN'S SHOE STORE and asked to see a pair of those TRAMP LAST SHOES he had heard so much about. They looked good. He tried them on, took a few steps and pronounced them the most comfortable shoes he had ever had on his feet. HE HAS WORN TIIEM QONSTANTLY EVER SINCE. Upon his order, we have since then sent many duplicates of his first pair to him in various parts of the world. He has always paid for them. We have never written to him. We have never asked him for a recommendation. The compliment he pays to our Tramp Last shoes is wholly unsolicited. The fact that he wears them, exclusively is abundant proof of the MERIT OF THE SHOES and of the sincerity of his testimonial. We may be pardoned for our enthusiasm in recommending these great shoes to all who have tender feet or who have to stand or walk a great deal, when the man who holds the world's walking record and who has walked all over the globe, writes from far-away Burmah: "Nowhere in the world I have found as comfortable shoes as the Tramp Last are." .

Mr. Mikulec remembered Mr. Feltman's first name "Charles," as shown in his letter, but had forgotten his last name. It is easy to forget names, but no one can forget the comfort and satisfaction he daily experiences in vearing our Tramp Last shoes. So he addressed his envelope to "THE TRAMP LAST" instead of FELTMAN'S SHOE STORE, which is not so much of an omission after all, as it is truly THE TRAMP LAST rather than FELTMAN that has made FELTMAN'S SHOE STORE famous. That the words "THE TRAMP LAST" were sufficiently descriptive of our store is further shown by the fact that the letter was delivered to us as promptly as if the name and street address had been correctlv written in full.

A Photograph of the Shoes

"We are today sending to Cairo, Egypt, to Joe F. Mikulec, the world's greatest pedestrian, an exact duplicate of the shoes he has been wearing for the past five years in his tramp over the globe, all of which he has bought at FELTMAN'S SHOE STORE.
