ENTERTAINED GUESTS. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Igelman enter

Eldridge will be here to speak upon the subject "Some Phases of the Road Problem in Indiana." In connection with this the program committee has the following to say: "The Hon. M. O. Eldridge, whose illustrated lecture relative to road building in Indiana, will be a feature for Thursday afternoon, comes to Richmond to address the Commissioners State meeting through the courtesy of the United States Department of Agriculture. The department is doing a great work in behalf of good roads movement, and Mr. Eldridge will bring a message of special interest and importance."
