DANCE THIS EVENING. An important social event for this evening will be the dance, to be given in the Odd Fellow's Hall by Mrs. Charles Kolp for the youns people of the city and also for members of the Fortnightly club and the Wednesday Assembly of the Country club. The Lucas Saxophone Trio of Columbus, Ohio, will furnish the dance music. The affair promises to be most enjoyable.

VISITING HERE. Mr. George Rousch, of Springfield, Ohio, is visiting friends in this city for a few days.
TO CHICAGO. Mrs. Charles Bell and Mrs. Floyd Bell have gone to Chicago to attend a convention of the United Presbyterian church. The sessions will be held from the fourteenth to the seventeenth. They will be entertained by friends while there.
HAS RETURNED. J. Louis Shenk, of Dayton, and who is well known here has returned heme from a concert tour with Mary Garden having met tremendous success. At the second concert of the Springfield May Musical Festival, Mr. Shenk and Miss Garden were the soloists of the evening, and won decided triumph, this appearance bringing their tour to a brilliant close.

TO LEAVE CITY. It will be with regret that the many friends of Mr. and Mrs. William Harter learn of their departure to Nashville, Tennessee. They have been residents of Richmond for about two years and have made many friends while here.
