FAMILY OF; THREE

III SUICIDE PACT

Father, Mother and Baby

Found Dead in1 Their Home Today.

(National New Association)

TERItK HAUTE, Ind Jan. 23.

Shrill screams awakened the real

dents of TaylorvlIIe early today and

upon Investigation the dead bodies of

William H. McKay, his wlfe'and three months old baby were found in their

home, a few doors south of Robert An

dervon's saloon. Gertrude McKay,

about 20 years old and Kosle McKay, about five, children of the couple, are alive and it was the eldest daughter's screams that brought neighbors to the house. The body of McKay was found on the floor at the side of one of two beds, and the mother and babe were found in another bed. When questioned by the police Gertrude McKay said her father and mother had been sick since Sunday and that everything they had was mortgaged. The girl said the father did not go to bed with the rest of the family as usual. He was found at the side of his bed in a position that would indicate that he had rolled out upon the floor. No traces of poison could be found in the house early today, although there were numerous medicine bottles lying about. Coroner Leavltt was called and investigated. He would not express an opinion as to the cause of the deaths, except to say that the body of the baby, which was found on a table in a nearby saloon, where it had been taken by her older sister, showed that her lips were burned and her face mottled, probably by acid burns. The coroner will order a postmortem investigation.

Mrs. A. It. Tabor, of Crider, Mo., had been troubled with sick headache for about five years, when she began taking Chamberlain's Tablets. She has taken two bottles of them and they have cured her. Sick headache is caused by a disordered stomach for which these tablets are especially Intended. Try them, get well and stay well. Sold by all dealers.
