REPAIRS TO COURT HOUSEJOJE MADE General Overhauling Will Be Undertaken Within Year, Commissioners Say.

Court houae repairs which have been needed for the past several years will not be neglected much longer according to the promise of chairman K. N. Beeion of the board of county commissioners who Saturday declared that the county waa Just adding expernio upon itself by neglecting the much needed improvement. Home of the rooms In the building be declared, look like smoke houses, and the roof of the building Is a positive wreck. A stitch in time saves nine, Is his opinion, and he believes the stitch should be taken at once in ord r that there will be ro repetition of the Danville, Ind., affair. The court bouse in that city is almost a total wreck, repairs being neglected so long that the roof of the public building finally collapsed. Since the Wayne county house was built in the nineties there has been but very little mbney spent for repairs. As a consequence the roof is leaky, in some places almost like a sieve. Some of the marble slabs have fallen from position, and the mural and celling decorations are almost obliterated by virtue of the years of accumulated dust, dirt and smoke. Lavatories are In bad state of repair. The board has taken no official action on the matter. The appropriation sufficient to make all the needed repairs would amount to several thousand dollars.

Wrinkleless Skin Now Easy to Have

(From Family Physician) There's no excuse for any woman

having wrinkles now. It has been

round that a simple mixture of saxoiite and witch hazel has a remarkable

action upon the deepest wrinkles, no

matter what their nature, whether

caused by worry, habitual frowning, a debiliated condition or the ravages of

Father Time. This harmless remedy, which anyone can easily make, obtaining the ingredients at any drug store, acts both as an astringent and a tonic. The combined effect of tightening the skin and heightening its vitality is to imme4iately affect every line and wrinkle, keeping the cuticle smooth and firm as in youth. The proportions are one ounce saxoIite (powdered) to one-half pint witch hazel. The solution should be used as a wash lotion. It is equally effective in disposing of flabhiness of cheek and neck, as well as sagging below the eyes.
