Walter Clevenger. the twelve-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Clevenger of Doddridge, was taken to the Methodist hospital at Indianapolis to have his eye operated on Monday. He was kicked in the eye by a horse and a nerve was injured. I. N. Locke was home over Sunday and with his wife and grandson visited their son at Cambridge City. The Rev. G. N. Gither of Depauw is here working up an interest in the financial matters of the college. He was entertained at dinner with Rev. and Mrs. Charles Pinnick.
