GItEENSFORK, IND. Greensfork, Ind., Dec. S. Miss Eratna Dean has returned to her home In Chicago after a visit with relatives ere., Samuel Turner of Fountain City, was in town on business Friday. The lecture given by Dr. Byron King Thursday evening was well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The subject was "What Fools We Mortals Be." The fourth number of the lecture course will be given January 20. Jack Thomas of El wood, a former resident of this vicinity, has been spending a few days here. A. L, Baldwin of Webster was transacting business here Thursday. Mrs. Maraby Bennett has gone to New Castle to take charge of the Imperial hotel. The debris of the wreck has been cleared away and the station and telegraph office are now located In the old. depot on the north side of the tarack. Hundreds of country people were In town' Wednesday to view the scene of the wreck. Ray Brlnkley of Williamsburg was In town on business Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Underhill have returned from a few days visit in Indianapolis. Miss Carrie Byrd has been the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Florence Snyder for a chort time. Mr. and Mrs. C. Joe Gause, as he was stepping from the car Saturday morning, preparatory to walking to the shop where he is employed at Cambridge City, sprained his ankle very severely.
