Bond, of Richmond, a son of William C, and Hannah . Locke Bond, of Greensfork, and beloved husband of Nancy' Lewis Bond, . who departed this life Tuesday, the 15th of November, at the age of 75 years, was a native- of Wayne county, where his entire life was spent He was a ' member ot the North A Street Friends church, and .... always took' great interest in the church affairs, being a regular attendant except for - the. few -years when bodily infirmity Intervened. " V Mr. Bond was of a beautiful Christian nature, and all who came in contact with; him were impressed by his splendid character and happy disposition. :.. '? ": ' . Mr. Bond suffered greatly with Infirmities that accompanied his latter years, but he bravely stood his trials and sorrows, and with rare fortitude and courage awaited calmly the time his Heavenly Father brought relief to his sufferings and welcomed him to the rewards of a life of gentleness and supreme faith. Mr. Bond was a loving father and husband. He Is survived by, his -wife, Nancy Lewis Bond, and daughter, Mrs. Robert S. Ashe; and grandson, Lewis Bond Ashe; a son and daughter, Allen and Gertrude departed this life several years ago.
