The third, who wee a little stronger, tried to reach the shelter to procure assistance, but he was unable to do so. Four guides with a party of tourists saw their predicament from another part of the mountain; and also tried to reach them, but failed. Meanwhile one of the climbers. M. She Is a direct descendant of a king who ruled in Ireland centuries ago and for decades her family has occupied the Menaugh castle, the oldest in Ireland. Two years ago reverses came to the house of Menaugh and poverty stared the family in the face. The sons sought, new homes in Capada, then in the United States, and finally located on farms near Grover, becoming American citizens and well-to-do. Determined' not to be outdone by her brothers and to avail herself of the opportunities of " the ' west, she joined them a few days ago and her first step was to secure land. "Of course, I want to become a fullfledged American citizen and vote, but is there not some short cut to naturalization?" said Miss Menagh. "Yes, indeed," replied Deputy Clerk Engish. "You may marry an American husband." "Sure, and I'll think about it," replied the Irish girl.
