charge of the Dayton Fall Festival, from which we can be assured that our Hippodrome will be as colossal as advertised. Each and every act engaged for the Hippodrome will be of the best and highest class that could be secured, as it has taken months to gather an array of talent for this astounding amusement enterprlce. Nicholis Chefalo, with his Death Trap Loop and Gap has been an uneclipsed feature with all of the big circuses, all of the civilized world, he being brought here at an enormous expense to the Fall Festival, but money has not and will not stand in the way of giving Richmond the best. Chefalo in his Death Trap Loop is without doubt The Limit of paralyzing, heart-sickening and awful recklessness, teaming and sparkling with the effervescence of striking originality and the fascination of intrepid courage. Chefalo's act is the most dangerous and sensational ever devised by man. Following the above wonderful feature will come a multitude of unparalleiied celebrities. Leon Morris' marvelous educated ponies, in an esthetical ensemble of startling and wonderful dexterous per-
formances never before seen. The Four Arnessons, Head and Hand balancers, recognized all over the world as the kings of acrobatic art. Haas Bros., Stars of the world's 'Arenas, presenting their amazing and incredulous comedy, athletic and aerial achievements on the triple bars. The Warricks, excruciating Comedy Trick Club House Act, Mighty Monarchs of merriment and mirth using' new and novel paraphernalia to assist their acts of jollity. Signor Coshell, sensation of sensations, performing a potpourri of perilous, pendulating, perspicacious and per- , plexing equilibristic tricks. LaBelle Helene with her troupe of prize winning, leaping grey hounds. Over two million people have witnessed this beautiful performance at the St. Louis World's Fair, Chicago World's Fair and The Seattle Exposition and one and all agree that "it must be seen to be believed." The Three Raschetta Bros., frolicsome, frisky, foxy, droll exhibitions of Barrel Jumping, one that stirs the multitude. An act with whirlwind finish of bewildering fun. Together with this magnificent congress of famous Arenic celebrities, will be seen Dolly, the High Diving Monk, an exclusive feature which will be a revelation to all; also John Hedge with his champion wrestling pony, a mirth provoking exhibition, one that is entertaining as well as proof of the capacity of the brain of dumb brutes. There will be two double concert bands' of 35 pieces, made up of all recognized musicians, intermingled with soloists who will give concerts one hour before the opening of Hippodrome. Maxwell-Briscoe Band and Richmond City Band will alternate at Hippodrome. The Hippodrome grounds will be brilliantly lighted with thousands of incandescent and arc lights, making the Midway a veritable fairyland, in conjunction with the many beautiful side shows, 2 Merry-Go-Rounds and Monster Ferris Wheel. Several Richmond store keepers, also manufacturers, will have exhibits on the main Hippodrome promenade, so, with the following shows and hundreds of other amusements, we can assure ourselves that our Midway will be equal to the Pike and Pay Streak at the large Fairs and Expositions. The following shows have been contracted for: Smith's Plantation Show, Lady Minstrels, Monoplane Air-Dome, Oriental Show, Flea Circus, Orpheus Vaudeville Show, fat Girl, several smaller amusements, also hundreds of concessions, in fact, it will be a difficult matter to find room for all, even on the large acreage of ground that was selected for "Richmond's Big Fall Festival."
