Charles Cooney, a brick mason of Greenville, O., was arrested on a charge of intoxication yesterday afternoon for the second time within two dyas. The 'man paid a fine of $1 and costs for a similar offense in the city court yesterday morning and immediately went out and got 'tight" again. Cooney put up an earnest plea for leniency in court this morning and was given $1 and costs. His money had run out however, 'and in lieu of payment of the fine went to jail. ( NOTICE.
