CONDITION IS NOT SERIOUS Sidney Armstrong, age 18 years, was shot in the right leg, just below the knee, Wednesday noon, while playing along tbe bank of the river, in the rear of his home, by parties unknown. The wound is not a serious one and it is not believed that it was intentionally inflicted. It is thought tbat the wound was caused by a 32 calibre revolver. The bullet is still imbedded in the flesh, it taking a downward course. The attending physician has been unable to locate the bullet. , The police have been notified and will make an effort to discover the identity of the person doing the shooting. An order will .be issued to arrest all persons shooting within the city limits. The residents of the north part of the city, and especially those living along the river bank, are continually annoyed by shooting. Inasmuch as the river hanks are frequented a great deal by fishermen, the practice is a very dangerous one. .
