MORNING Frying mush, a golden brown, even color. AFTERNOON Cake baking. You'll see the difference between cake baked in tin and in aluminum, no bronwing on one side, no burning in places.
MORNING Griddle demonstration. Early in the morning cakes will be baked without the use of grease. At eleven o'clock steak will be broiled on the same griddle. AFTERNOON Stewing apples and tomatoes. ' Neither fruits nor vegetable acids affect aluminum. Later the tomatoes will be burned to a char without injuring the utensils.

MORNING Making of a pot roast in a "Wccr-Evcr" Windsor kettle without using water. Potatoes eccked in ths pure juice of the meat AFTERNOON Serving pot roast and potatoes and a general review of the week's work.

In addition to these dsmonstrations of the "Wear-Ever" aluminum we will be showing and demonstrating all the newest labor saving household devices. These will include the Caloric Fireless Cooker, the self-heating irons, the newest gas and gasoline stoves and the wonderful new Hooster Carpet Sweeper and Cleaner. All the new things in silverware, in nickeled ware, in brass ware, in cutlery, etc., will be shown in their best form.
