The international fight between the administration faction and the insurgents, headed by Delegate Feehan of Pennsylvania, was again renewed in the United Mine Workers' convention today, when the committee on officers' reports was submitted to the convention. Sharp attacks on the policy of Prescient Lewis in the settlement of the Pennsylvania strike, were made by Feehan. who declared that "the miners of his district had been treacherously dealt with by Lewis." Delegate Van Bitner of Pennsylvania also assisted Feehan in the attack. The entire morning session was taken up in debate. President Lewis demanded that the delegates furnish proof for their allegations against him. This Van Bitner promised to do. providing Lewis would resign, if the charges were found to be fully proved. At the afternoon session Lewis will put up a strong defense. WENT ON WAR PATH And With Club and Razor Defied Family to Enter The House; POLICEMAN CALLS BLUFF Armed with a razor and heavy club, and defying his wife and children to come, in the house, John Goodwin, while badly under the influence of 'fighting booze, "stood on the front porch of his home at SlO North I street yesterday afternoon and Issued a challenge to all comers. The appearance of a big blue coat, who refused to be bluffed, somewhat dampened the man's ardor, however, and, meekly hoisting the flag of truce, he gave himself up Into the hands of the law. In the city court this morning Goodwin was fined $1 and costs, and went down. Have yon trouble of any Uad arising- Iron. m disordered stomach?
