ine dispensers or posiam,: a new
skin discovery, ask that notice be elv
en that no one is urged to purchase
it without ' first obtaining an experi
mental package. Those who have tried it will find that the fifty-cent
box, on sale at W. H. Sudhoffs and all drug stores, is sufficient to cure the worst cases of eczema, where the surface affected is not too large. The itching ceases on first application. It will also cure acne, tetter, . blotches, scaly scalp, hives, barber's and every other form of itch, including itching feet. Being flesh-colored and containing no grease, the presence of posiam on exposed surfaces, such as the face and hands, is not perceptible. Water and soap cannot be used in connection with it," as these irritate and pro- j long skin troubles, sometimes even'
causing them. As to the experimental package of posiam, it can be had free of charge by mail of the Emergency Laboratories, 32 West Twenty-fifth Street, New York. It alone is sufficient to clear the complexion overnight, and to rid the face of pimples in twenty-four hours.

Washington, D. C, Dec. 10. Concln- f
It is reliably reported that a French company is being formed with a capital of $20,000,000 under the auspices of the owners of the French railway in the province of Santa Fe for the construction of important railway lines in Argentine. There are fully one hundred thousand Frenchmen in the Argentine republic, many of whom are extremely wealthy and are endeavoring to induce their countrymen to invest money there.
8tung For 15 Years by Indigestion's pangs trying many doctors and S200.00 worth of medicine in vain, B. F. Ayscue, of Ingleside," N. C", at last used Dr.- King's New Life Pills, and writes they wholly cured him. They cure Constipation, Biliousness, Sick Headache, Stomach, Liver, Kidney and Bowel troubles. 25c at A. G. Luken & Co.
sive evidence is said to have been secured by the Military Court inquiry into the shooting up of Brownsville yesterday, that members of the Twentyfifth Infantry, colored, who were within the fort, fired on the town at the time their companions were racing through the streets shooting right and left.
None of the members of the Court of
Inquiry would discuss the matter, but it is intimated that a demand for the
abolition of the negro troops, which are provided for by law, will be made
by the Southern delegations in con
gress. Thus the bitter debates that
marked the final days of the Roosevelt administration threaten to be renewed. Bullet Holes Found. The evidence discovered by the offi
cers who compose the court is said to
be susceptible as complete proof. Certain members, it is reported, made personal examination of buildings across the road in front of the fort in Brownsville, and discovered bullet holes In the sides of three houses. Continuing their investigation, they discovered the bullets, which were of the regulation army design. Following back the line of fire, as shown by the track of the bullet, the marksmen could have
been nowhere else than in the barracks. The congressional defenders of the negro infantrymen maintained that the only firing was done by men of the Twenty-fifth, who had broken, and
that former President Roosevelt, in
discharging two companies, had work
ed a severe injustice on both the com
panies and the regiment.
It is understood that the court, which is now here and practically concluded its examination of evidence, will permit such discharged members of the regiment as care to do so to appear before it and testify. The hearings will be held here.
