Great Interest la being manifested by Jews throughout the world in the Ninth International Zionist Congress to be held In this city Dec. 2rt to January 2. This society, which Is composed of prominent Hebrew all over the world and numbers Its members la the thousands, has for Its main purpose the entab lish men t of a legal home for the Jews as a race in Palestine. As definite steps will be taken at the forthcoming congress toward this end. It will be by far th mast Important meeting of tbe ortety since Its organ. Isation twelve years ago. The revolutionary changes which have taken place In the Turkish governmentthe despotism of Abdul Hani id and the establishment of a Parliament-since the last International Zionist meeting two years ago. hava made It possible for the Zionist leader to act promptly. For the first time In the history of the movement the United States will have the largest number of delegates surpassing Russia, which has tbe largest Jewish population in the world.
