A BIG LOCAL DELEGATION The Sixth District Corn School will be held at Greensburg, some time the later part of January, or the early part Of Tebruary, next winter. No doubt a number of Wayne c".nty farmers who attended the short course, which was held at Centerville last year, will be included in the school membership, under the Instruction of Purdue university authorities. When the boy's corn clubs are organized in the district schools this fall, inducement will be offered for the boys to raise ccrn next year. The boy raising the best quarter acre of corn, in the judgment of Purdue officials, will be given a scholarship In the Purdue short course, which will be held in the latter part of 1910 or the early part of 1911.' Bohacke, a traveling man of Cincinnati, morning, from train No. 6, at the Pennsylvania depot. Abets pleaded not guilty. He asserted that a man by the name of Burke joined him soon after be left the depot and the two visited a saloon on North Eighth street He states that both drank heavily at that place and that Burke left the saloon and incidentally left the suit case be. longing to Bohacke with him (Abets.) Abetz's memory falls him at this point and he is unable to tell anything of what occurred after leaving the saloon. He is accused of conducting the shooting affray in Needmore Friday morning, but declares that he knows nothing whatever about it, "that he was too drunk to know his name."
