WONT MIX. Bad Pood and Good Health Went Mix.

The human . stomach stands much abuse but it won't return good health if you give it bad food. If you feed right you will feel right, for proper food and a good mind isthe sure road to health.. "A year ago I became much alarmed about my health for I began to suffer after each meal no matter how - little I ate," says a Denver woman. "I lost my appetite and the very thought of food grew distasteful, with the result that I was not nourished and got weak and thin. - "My home cares were very heavy, : for beside a large family of my own I have also to look out for an aged mother. There was no one to shoulder my household burdens, and come what might I must bear them, and this thought nearly drove me frantic when I realised that my health was breaking down. "I read an article in the paper about some one with trouble just like mine .being cured on Grape-Nuts food and acting v on this suggestion I gave Grape-Nuts a trial. The first dish of this delicious food proved that I had struck the right thing. ' "My uncomfortable feelings in stomach and brain disappeared as if by magic and in an incredibly short space of time I was again mpeelf. Since then I have , gained 12 pounds in weight through a summer of hard work and realise I am a very different woman, all due to the splendid food, Grape-Nuts." There's a Reason." i Trial will prove. Read the famous little book, The Road to Wellville." In pkgs. Ever read the above letter? A new one appears' from time to-time. They are eenulne, true, and full of human Interest - , -

WICKERSHAM HEADS THE INVESTIGATORS Attorney General Is Playing An Active Part in the Case And Has Taken Personal Charge of It. New York, June 25. The government will rush the trial of the higher officials of the sugar trust after indictments are returned by the federal grand jury. The greatest possible

speed is being made in this first trust

prosecution under the Taft reign and

the government authorities will attempt to have the trials set and heard

at the quickest moment posssible. According to the manual of statistics for 1900 the directors of the American

Sugar Refining- company at present are: Arthur Donner, George H. Frazier, Horace Havemeyer, John Mayer,

Henry C. Mott, Henry Niese, John E. Parsons, Charles H. Senff and W. B.

Thomas. The government is going

after the men higher up," and tomor

row's indictments will only be the fore

runners of others. The present indictments are aimed at . those responsible

for the trust's absorption of the Penn

sylvania Sugar Refining company, its

threatening rival in Pennsylvania, and

the ultimate closing of the plant. Wlckersham Pilot.

Attorney-general Wlckersham is

handling the present prosecution in

person and the action was taken only

after a number of conferences between

the Attorney-general and President Taft. The later Indictments will be based on the alleged sugar weighing frauds at the port of New York. According to an unofficial report from the department of justice these latter Indictments will be presented In October. Officials of the department of justice and the office of the United States attorney here would not intimate who would be indicted, but It Is said that not only those who undertook the work of closing down the Pennsylvania company's plant would be attacked, but also the higher officials who gave the ordersC All the indictments, it Is believed, are being returned under the second clause of the Sherman anti-trust act which provides for a $5,000 fine or a year's imprisonment or both upon conviction on each separate count.

ATTENDED MEETING

Complexions Arc Cleared and Pimples Disappear Overnight Without . Trouble. The dispensers of poslam, a new skin discovery, ask that notice be given that no one is urged to purchase it without first obtaining an experimental package. Those who have tried it will find that the fifty-cent box, on sale at W. H. Sudhoff's and all drug stores, is sufficient to cure the worst cases of eczema, where the surface affected is not too large. The itching ceases on first application. It will also cure acne, tetter, blotches, scaly scalp, hives, barber's and every other form of itch, including itching feet. Being flesh-colored and containing no grease, the presence of poslam on exposed surfaces, Buch as the face

and hands, is not perceptible. Water and soap cannot be used in connection with it, as these irritate and prolong skin troubles, sometimes even causing them. As to the . experimental package of poslam, it can be had free of charge by mall of the Emergency Laboratories, 32 West Twenty-fifth Street, New York. It alone is sufficient to clear the complexion overnight, and to rid the face of pimples in twenty-four hours.
