Two men, Martin Klaiver aged 35 and Charles Miller, aged 37 were killed and several others injured in a dynamite explosion today in the McAdoo tunnel extension in Jersey City running from Exchange Place to Fifteenth street and connecting the two Hudson River tubes. Sixty men were working In the bore when the explosion occurred but the others were not seriously injured. EXPENSE WILL BE PROBABLY $250 The expense attached to giving the Lincoln centenary celebration at the coliseum last evening was quite heavy and although all bills have not been presented to the Y. M. B. C. in charge, it is believed that it will be approximately $250. The, expense was in the rental of the Coliseum, the decorating, the securing of uniforms for the Apollo club, advertising and numerous other Incidentals.
