WORKING FOR GOOD New Rules at High School Change Conditions Materially. FEW CASES.0F TARDINESS. One of the amazing features of the first monthly report for the hleh rcfcool is tho small number of minutes lost by tardiness. The boys lost 43 minutes and the girls 27 minutes, which mai.es ' a total of 70 minutes. This report compared with tne tame month of last year, shows, a difference of 400 minutes. The total for the same month last year was 470 minutes. Professor Knouff, principal of the school, states that this number will be cut down next month. Thi3 is an exceptionally good record as there are 402 students enrolled in the school. The report shows that there were 22 boys and 13 girls tardy during tho month and the number of cases of tardiness was boys 25, grls 16, which
