&II county, township, municipal, road and other public officials are accredited delegates to this convention, and will he supplied with proper credentials upon registering; at county commissioners office in Wayne Co, Court House. The "GOOD ROADS PENNANTS" which will be seen on that day represent the money that will be spent in entertaining the visitors. Contributors requested to display pennants on the front of their place of business. 400 paper baloons will be released with prizes attached ranging from 10c to $5 to be property of finder. Merchants will conduct special sales for the benefit of the visitors. Richmond has one of the finest fire departments in the West, which exhibition alone will be interesting. The Parks of the city are unequalled for beauty. The entire city will be open and amusement and music galore.

9:00 a. m. Registering of Delegates. 9:15 a. m. Depositing written questions in "Question Box." 9:30 a. m. Richmond City Band assembles at corner of East Main and 16th Streets and Marches to Court House. 10:00 a. m. Band concert court house lawn 10:00 a. m. Releasing merchants' balloons.

10:15 a, m. Automobile rides for delegates. 11:00 a. m. Chimes Concert, Reid Memorial Church. 1 1 :30 a, m. Closing number, Richmond City Band. (The Reid Memorial Church will be open to the public from 10:00 a. m. to noon.)

1 :30 p. m. Exhibition run by five fire companies, and review of the fire fighting apparatus, 11th and North A Streets. 2:00 p. m. Hon. Richard Schillinger, Mayor, Delivers Keys of City. 2:10 p. m. Introductory Address, J. Bennett Gordon.

2:30 p. m. "Good Roads," Hon Maurice, 0. Eldridge, Chief of Records, Bureau of Public Roads, U. S. Department of Agriculture. 3:15 p. m. Opening of Question Bojc,,and general discussion.

The factories of the city will keep open house for visitors or towns people who desire to learn what Richmond industries can produce. There will be competent guides stationed at the several factories. Earlham College, Earlham Cemetery, Reid Memorial Hospital, Reid Memorial Church, Morrisson-Reeves Library, 35,000 vols., Y .M. G A. building in course of construction, Indiana Hospital for Insane, Margaret Smith Home for Aged Women, Home for the Friendless, Wernle Orphans1 Home, Court House, City Hall, Masonic Temple, Federal Building, Richmond High School, Garfield Public School, Glen Miller Park (200 acres), Municipal Light Plant

Car for Earlham every fifteen minutes. Car for Indiana Hospital for Insane on hour and half hour Car for Fairvlew on the hour and half hour. Car for West Richmond on the quarter and quarter ancr. Car for City Park via 20th, on hour and half hour.

Car for City Park via Main street, quarter and quarter after. Car for Pennsylvania and C. C. & L. Ry. Station every fifteen minutes. Fare five cents to any part. Longest ride for five cents Indiana Ua for Insane. Takes one hour to make trip
