Frankfort. Ind., March 14. It has become known that there has been a gang of yeggmen in the city for the past several days and nights who were bent on blowing up one or more of the city's banks. There were four of them and their intentions were discovered by their visit to the Frankfort Ice Company's plant, where they interviewed an employe as to the surroundings and protections given to various banks in the city. The watchman informed the police. The same men were seen in the immediate vicinity of the banks making notes, as if taking down memorandum as to the plans o the buildings.
