Indiana polo promoters take ' no stock in the story of the formation of a national polo league, including the most important cities in the country. Big Crowd Expected. Indications are that there will be a large crowd at the coliseum this evening to witness the first polo game of the season. Lima, O., Dec. 20 This city, will not be found a member of the reorganized Ohio and Pennsylvania base ball league, as outlined in a number of dispatches from various cities now in that circuit. The owners and the business men who would back and are anxious to back a ball team here next season do not wish to enterya circuit composed of the smaller cities or western tier of the present Ohio and Pennsylvania, and rather than do so will join hands with the smaller Ohio aid Indiana league, which enjoyed a successful life last season as a sixclub league, have partial arangements to include Lima next year with Hamilton, Marion.
