New Castle, Ind., Dec. 14. The arlest of Orville Glenn, who in a confession, has implicated two other young men in the tteft of articles from a box car on the Pennsylvania siding, near the Jennings hoop factory, will have a wholesome effect in stopping depredations against the several railroads doing business in this city, according to officers. Glenn in his confession implicated James Jester, who was arrested and released on $500 bond, and another young man who left for parts unknown. As soon as the robbery was discovered the officers began work on the case in a quiet, but systematic manner. The amount of property stolen was about $20. For some time pilfering i'rom freight cars has been going on and Marshal Mogul suspected a person when it was reported to him, and w,'th Deputy Marshal Wynn began work. As a result of their investigations Orville Glenn was arrested on an anHdavit sworn to by Marshal Mogul, charging Intoxication. This was done ' for the purpose of holding him and in the effort to secure information, ' Marshal Mogul and Detective Burns of Richmond, of the railroad company, succeeded in getting a confession from Glenn which was along the line of their suspicions. Jester was arrested on an affidavit filed by Detective Burns.
