NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given to the citizens of the Second ward of the city of Richmond, Wayne township, Wayne county, Indiana, that I, the undersigned, a male inhabitant of the State of Indiana, and a continuous resident of Wayne township, Wayne county, Indiana, for more than ninety days prior to the time of the filing of said application, and a person over the age of twenty-one years, and a person of good moral character, intend to apply to the Board of County Commissioners of said county and state, at their next regular session, commencing on the first Monday in January, 3908, for a license to sell intoxicating, splrltous, vinous and malt liquors in a lesa quantity than 5 gallons at a time, ami permit the same to be drank on the premises where sold in accordance with the provision of an act of the General Assembly of the Btate of Indiana, approved March 1.7, 1875, as -well as other laws of the State now in force. Ami I further state that I am and will be the actual and sole owner and proprietor of paid business, should a license be granted to me, and that I am not acting and will not. act as the agent or partner of another in conduct of the same. The precise location of the premises In which I desire to sell said intoxicating, spirituous, vinous and malt liquors, as aforesaid, should a license be granted me, is as follows, towit: Being the front room on the ground floor of a certain two-story brickbuilding at No. 320 Main street, and fronting on said Main street, in the city of Richmond, Indiana, and on the north side thereof, situated on lot No. 34 in J. and eleven seriously injured is the result of an Indianapolis & Cincinnati traction car, running at a fast rate of speed, jumping the track this afternoon near Acton, Marion county. The dead victim of the wreck is D. M. Sleeth of Shelbyville. lie was one of the most prominent attorneys in Shelby county. Sleeth wa3 instantly killed. Several of the Injured are thought to be fatally hurt.
