ESS MORE TIME GRANTED Hearing on Freight Rates Temporarily Ends. OFFICIALS MUST APPEAR. Because of the fact that the attor neys for the railroads wished more time in which to secure evidence to be introduced in their behalf and to bring their officials before the commission, the hearing on class freight rates Tuesday before the Indiana Railroad commission came to a temporary end. The officials did not appear at Tuesday's hearing and the commission gave notice that they must appear. The hearing will be resumed probably within the next two weeks. The commission has summoned the general freight asent and chief engineer of each road entering Indianapolis, as well as the traffic managers of the Xew York Central and the Pennsylvania.

The creature measured about two and one-hatf inches across its back and was a vicious looking thing. It was discovered in a bunch of bananas by Charles Lawsor;, a clerk at the store. 90 Per Cent of All Diseases the Result of Undigested Putrefying Foods. Men of affairs, women of society and children with active brains are too often sedentary in their habits, giving littie time to exercise. To this evil is I added that of high and irregular liv-! ing as a result, the stomach cannot j stand the demands made upon it. The abused and overtaxed stomach does not properly do the work of digestion, food taken in ferments and the poison permeates the whole system. The body loses in weignt and becomes a prey i for the attack of whatever disease it may encounter. Did it ever occur to you how busy that stomach of yours is? It only holds three pints, but in one jear you force it to take in 2.4o pounds of material, digest it and prepare it for assimilation into the blood. No wonder it rebels when overworked. We crowd it with sleaks and pastry. irritate its juices wtih spices and acids, and expect the stomach to do its work. It can't do it. All over the inner layer of the stomach are glands which secrete the juices necessary to digestion. The entrance of food into the stomach is the signal for these glands to do their work. The more the food, and the more indigestible .the greater the demand upon them and upon the muscles of the wall adjoining. Think of the tons of high-seasoned game, sweetmeats ana appetizers crammed into this little four-ounc-mill, and then wonder, if you will, why you are dizzy or nauseated or constinated. Don't blame your stomach or curse your fate that you shouid be born so unfortunate. Blame yourself and apply the remedy. First, get a small package of Stuart's to digest 3,m)o grains of ordinary food, so you needn't fear that anything you eat will remain in your stomach undigested. ! r5fjj Stuart's Dyspepsia Tablets will rout the poison because they remove the j cause food fermentation. During the recent struggle in Morocco, the Moors one day found in their camp at Casablanca an unexploded shell, and wishing to find out how it worked they summoned their most proficient armorer, who, although he knows everything about hand guns, is most ignorant in regard to projectiles. This man thought that the best means of opening the shell was to use a hammer. At a second blow the shell exploded, killing and wounding many of the Moors who were crowded around him. C.
