E LITTLE HOPE OF

SEEING SPRINGS OPENED Outlook Is Reported as a Discouraging One.

NOTHING MORE IS HEARD.

New Paris, 0. Oct 11 It is with much regret that the citizens here give up hope of seeing Cedar Springs opened up this season. It was reported here several weeks ago that a transaction was being made at that time and that the springs would be opened right away, but nothing more has been heard from the authorities and no hope is entertained now of seeing the resort opened up this year.

Do Your Meals Fit?

Do You Feel Snug and Comfortable Around Your Waist Line After a Hearty Meal? Did your last meal taste deliciously good to you, and did you eat all you wanted? Could you have patted your rotundity In glee and felt proud of your appetite and of your good strong stomach? Do you feel rosy now because your last meal gave you no inconvenience whatever? If not, you have dyspepsia in some form, and probably never realized it. I, you have the least trouble in your stomach after eating no matter how little or how much yau eat, there is trouble brewing and you must correct it at once. Most all stomach trouble comes from poor, weak, scanty gastric juice, that precious liquid which ought to turn your food into ilch, red blood. If you have nausea, your gastric juice is weak. If you have sour risings or belchings, your food is fermenting; your gastric juice is weak. If you have loss of appetite, your gastric juice is weak. If you have a bloaty feeling of avarsion to food, your gastric juice is weak. You need something in your stomach to supply the gastric juice which is scanty, and to give power to the weak gastric juice. Stuart's Dyspepsia Tablets do this very thing. Now think one grain of one of the ingredients of these wonderful Utile tablets digests 3,(tOO grains of food. Ihey are several times more powerful than the gastric juice in a good, strong, powerful stomacn. They actually digest your food for you. Besides, they increase the flow of gastric jufee, just what you need to get all the good possible out of everything you eat. You will never have that "lump of lead" in your stomach nor any other stomach trouble after taking Stuart's Dyspepsia Tablets. Then everything you eat will be digested, it wil! give you strength, vim, energy and a rosy disposition. You'll feel good all around your waist line after every meal and it will make you feel good all over. Stuart's Dyspepsia Tablets will make you feel happy after eating a good, hearty meal. Take one or two after eating. You'll feel fine then your meals will fit, no matter what or when you eat. We want to send you a sample package of Stuart's Dyspepsia tablets free of charge, so you can test them yourself and be convinced. After you have tried the sample, you will be so satisfied that you will go to the nearest drug store and get a "0c box. Send us your name and address today and we will at once send you by mail a sample package free. Address F. A. Stuart Co., 150 Stuart Bldg., Marshall, Mich.

DELEGATES PLACED

NUMBER

Republican State Convention In 1908 Will Number 1469 Against 1,840 in 1906.

FALLING OFF IN VOTE.

THE SIXTH DI8TRICT WILL BE ENTITLED TO 116 REDUCTION IN NUMBER WILL MAKE CONVENTION EASIER TO HANDLE.

Indianapolis, Oct. 11. The next republican state convention will have approximately 1,469 delegates; necessary to choose 735. The convention of 1906, which was the largest in the history of the republican party in Indiana had 1,840. The republican state committee has not announced officially the number of delegates that each county in the state will have in the next convention, but several of the candidates for places on the ticket are in possession of what they call "unofficial" figures for the thirteen congressional districts. The work of figuring out the apportionment for the different counties will devolve largely on Carl Riddick of Winamac, secretary of the state committee. Having five or six months for the task, he is taking his time about it. Apportionment of delegates to counties will be made on a basis of one delegate for each two hundred voters and eacli fraction of over one hundred votes cast for Fred Simr, for secretary of state in the November election in 1906. In state conventions following a national election the apportionment is on a basis of the vote cast for the head of the presidential electoral ticket. In the next convention the apportionment by congressional districts will give the Sixth 116. Compared to the delegates in the convention of 1906 there has been a falling off in every congressional district in the state. Some of the candidates for state office and their managers are getting consolation from the fact that the 1908 convention will not be as unwieldy as that of 1906. It will be easier, they figure, to land delegations. The man who goes around with the vote of his county in his "vest Docket" will have easier sailing, too, for the less delegates, the less trouble it is to deliver. Tomlinson Hall will be ample for a convention of 1,469 delegates.

LAW-ORDER LEAGUE TO MAKE INVESTIGATION

Alleged the Law Was Violated At Economy.

BOOTLEGGING IS CHARGED.

Hagerstown, Ind., Oct. 11. The Law and Order League of Economy, will undertake to investigate the violations of the law which occurred in that place last Saturday. There was a balloon ascension and other performances which drew a large crowd. There was much bootlegging and drunkenness. Several fights occurred and considerable blood was shed. No arrests were made notwithstanding it is claimed there should have been several. The Law and Order league was

organized several months ago to stop

the practice of bootlegging and succeeded. Then the league lapsed into an apparently idle state, but the trouble of Saturday has served to bring it to life. The league has a big sum of money with which to prosecute offenders and it is said to be as relentless as the government in pursuing law violators.
