taTMHEHLTH Thin, nervous people need the tonic treatment.
This Woman Took Dr. Williams' Pink Pills, Gained Thirty Pounds and Has Been Well Ever Since. How many women and men too are suffering from a general decline in health which the ordinary remedies seem unable to check ! How many husbands see their wires wasting away, steadily lowing health and? beauty, and are powerless to help! Consumption and other germ diseases find in these debilitated systems easy prey, for the lowered vitality is unequal to the task of fighting off the infection of these diseases to which most of us are almost daily cxjxsed. The symptoms indicating the decline which may have results so fatal could Scarcely be better described than in the statement of Mrs. William Manley, of 02 Court street, Utica, N. Y. Her case is a typical one. She says : "For six months after the birth of my baby, I suffered from sick, dizzy headaches, which seemed like a rush of blood to my forehead, just back of my eyes. ' Some days they twitched so I could bardly see and black spots floated before them. The least exertion brought on thia sickness. My appetite was poor ad I was of ten sick to my stomach. "If I tried to work my feet soon became swollen, paining me terribly. I had sinking spells and grew pale and nervous. I was bo thin that I weighed only 05 pounds. "One day when at the drag store to get headache powders I decided to trv Dr. Williams' Pink pills instead. "I soon noticed that my lieadache was dis appearing and my nerves gradually grew stronger. The pills gave me a hearty appetite and I now weigh over ISO pounds. I believe the pills to be the best tonic and builder a woman can take, as they certainly hejped me when my condition was critical and I have never been seriously ill since." The great value of Dr. Williams' Pink Pills lies in the fact that they actually make new blood and this carries health and strength to every portion of the body. The stomach is toned up, the nerves are strengthened, every organ is stimulated to do its work. If you are ill and the treatment you are taking dos not cure yon, write for proof of what Dr. Williams' Pink Pills have done in similar cases. Your druggist sells them or they will be sent by mail, postpaid, on receipt of price, 60 cents pr box, six boxes for 12.50, by the Dr. Williams Medicine Co., Bchenectady, N. Y. The track which was improperly bonded when laid, will be torn up and repaired and other needed improvements made. A proposition regarding the removal of the high tension wire from the poles on Main street, was made and will be acted upon at the next meeting of the board. DECIDE YOURSELF. The Opplrtunlty Is Here, Backed by Richmond Testimony. Don't take our word for it Don't depend on a stranger's statement. Read Richmond endorsement. Read the statements of Richmond citizens. And decide for yourself. Here is one case of it. Patrick Mitchell, Ice man, of 412 North Fifth street, Richmond. Ind., eays: "My wife thinks Doan's Kidney Tills a great remedy for backache and other pains that come from the kidneys. She was weak and miserable for a long time with kidney trouble and suffered a great deal of pain in the back and in other parts of the body. She tried many remedies but did not find much benefit until she began us ing Doan's Kidney Pills. They helped her from the very beginning and she was soon cured. We both think a great deal of Doan's Kidney Pills. For sale by all dealers. Price 50 cents. Foster-Milburn Co., Buffalo, New York, sole agents for the United States. At the recent celebration of the one-hundred-and-thirty-seventh anniversary of the landing of Captain Cook at Botany bay. near Sydney, a remarkable link with the past was present in the person of a venerable mariner ninety-five years old named Captain Charles. lie was able to identify the exact spot where the historic landing took place. It having been pointed out to him In early manhood by one of the blacks who witnessed the event. He actually conversed with one of the natives of the Sandwich islands who saw the massacre of Cook. According to this native. Cook and his companions were killed because they spread out some sails to dry on a certain sacred strip of tne shore used for sacrificial purposes.
