which are as scarce as the proverbial
hens teeth.
According to the plans which have been promulgated for the new addi
tion, two new tracks will be laid which will give nineteen more cars capacity for the freight house. Four
more team tracks will be added which
will give the house a total of seven
The increased capacity of the team
tracks will be about forty cars. Will be 300 Feet Long.
The new outbound receiving house,
which will be built on the site of the residences being vacated, will be three hundred feet long and twenty feet wide. The house is being built, according to Superintendent Neff, that it may relieve the present congested conditions in the present inbound freight house. The outbound receiving station which is now located in the old freight house is rather large and this place can be turned toward relieving the inbound freight congestion very handily. The work on the new tracks and station will begin at once and although it is not known definitely just when the work will be completed it is hoped to have all in running order by the latter months of fail. With the addition of the improvements the Richmond freight situation will be the best that it has been in years. The Pennsylvania will have the best facilities for handling freight of any on the entire Richmond divis-

"LIFE RENEWER" FOR LADIES. Olivia Peterson, of Coldwater, Mich, writes: "I had not been able to sit up a half day at a time for thirteen years until I used the Mystic Life Renewer. It has cured me of nervous troubles, headache and a very bad stomach. It has helped me in so many ways and cured me of afflictions that the doctors said could not be cured. The blessed Life Renewer has done more for me than all the Patent Medicines, Doctors and Christian Science treatments combined. It is the most wonderful medicine I ever saw." Sold by A. G. Luken &. 50,000 POPULATION PRE
DICTED FOR RICHMOND. This is what a gentleman was heard to predict for our city, only a day or two ago. He said: "I have been outside of my own county a few times and have seen many of the best cities in the United States, but I am frank to say that I have never seeny a city the size of Richmond which possesses so many good features. Your parks, your streets, your fine residences, your
splendid water system, your railroads
your public buildings, your splendid
factories, all excell many cities that are twice the size of Richmond. It is
not a question with Richmond of get
ting renters, but of finding houses to
renL I am confident and feel warran
ted in predicting for Richmond a pop
ulation of 50,000 within the next eight
years.
