Husband Gets Divorce. Eaton. The case of James Shurte vs. May Shurte was heard in the common pleas court by Judge Fisher, Tuesday. The plaintiff was given a divorce and the defendant allowed $200 alimony. The plaintiff was also ordered to contribute $i per week to the support of an invalid child.
