er Aggregation of Ball Players May Go Elsewhere. CRABB MAY BE TRIED. PLAYERS WILL REPORT ON MON DAY AND WILL GET A STIFF PRACTICE GROUNDS ARE NOT YET SECURED. essassMKssssea Owing to the fact that Casey Horn, pitcher, has not yet decided wnetner he will play with Clarence Jessup s Hirhmnnd aareresration. and owing to his indecision in regard to the matter, Manager Jessup has turned his eyes toward a left-handed dispenser of twists, whose cognomen is Crabb and athn riH,plls in the peaceful city of Marion, Ind. He will probably jour ney toward Richmond, Monday, when Cameron reports for duty here. Crabb last year pitched for the Saginaw, Mich., team in the Central league, and it is said that while doing duty for that asreregation. handed out a line of goods that made batsmen feel like bashful boys surrounded by a bevy of fascinating chorus girls. Players Come Monday. Rodenbeck, the other dispenser of slants for the Quakers,! in company with Ritter, who will hold down the center garden; Pfeffer, short stop; Durham, who will endeavor to pick off the sun spots in left field, will all renort for duty Monday, and a stiff practice will be indulged in. All are in good condition and the Richmond bunch is expected to step off the tape at lightning speed. Manager Jessup up to the present time has come to no agreement in regard to the use of Athletic park, but it is expected something definite will soon be done. For any pain, from top to toe, from any cause, apply Dr. Thomas' Eclectric oil. Pain can't stay where it is used. CASE IS DELAYED BY WIFE'S ABSENCE The case of Alice Wiggs against Thomas Wiggs for divorce was set for today but the hearing did not take place owing to the fact that the plaintiff failed to put in an appearance. This is the second time that Mrs. Wiggs has failed to appear to prosecute her case. Wiggs has been present both times and he is quite indignant at his wife's delay in securing legal separation, i "The case will be called again May 11." said ShWiff Meredith to Wiggs, who resides in Fountain City, 'and you be sure to be here." "Well if I'm here you'll see me and if I ain't you won't see .me." replied Wiggs. "I'll have to send for you then," Meredith said and Wiggs responded that he might take to cover and never be located. Attorney Abbott, who j represents the plaintiff, states that ' she is now employed in Rush county. It was suggested to him that her failure to appear might be on account of pressing duties in her cabbage patch. The case of Nancy Burden against Alfred Burden, for divorce, was to have been heard but was postponed indefinitely.
