BUILDING SEASON STARTS OUT WELL Much Activity Since the First Of April. LIST OF PERMITS ISSUED.
Since the first of -April there has been considerable activity in the building line in this city. It is expected that this activity will continue throughout the spring and summer. At the present time there Is a great demand for residences all over the city. There has been a general complaint that dwellings for rental purposes are not available. Real estate men state that never before in the history of Richmond has there been such a demand for homes. This building activity Is especially noticeable in West Richmond, which part of town is booming like a new western city.
