Straw berries are coming onto the i
local market in more liberal quantities while the quality is much better that the Florida grown fruit. Berries are now being shipped here from southern Tennessee and northern Mississippi. New potatoes are also meeting a ready sale at 25 cents per quarter peck and are of good size and quality. New cabbage, good solid heads, is also here and is selling for five cents per pound. Both the potatoes and cabbage are being shipped from Florida.
