In a Direct Action Range Seven Feet of Gas Will Finish Biscuits on Both Racks. This Includes Heating Oven and Baking. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS? ' It simply means this it is necessary with every other gas range to hat the oven for 15 or 20 minutes before baking is put in oven burners consume from 30 to 50 feet per hour so that to heat the oven it takes from 10 to 12 feet of gas. This means to get the oven in shape for baking. In our range with a consumption of 7 feet of gas you can finish biscuits on both racks. There is only one range can do this and that is the

HOW DOES DT DO AT? The answer is simple it is all in the oven construction. The burners are right in the oven with nothing between them and the baking no heavy deflecting plates so the heat from the burners acts directly on the baking from the moment the burners are lighted. The baking is put right in the cold oven, before or right after the flame is lighted- This may seem unusual and not according to your custom, but with the old range it was necessary to wait until the oven was hot before any baking could be put in. - NOW the biscutits are DONE before you would4 ordinarily BEGIN -to bake in the old range. DO YOU SEE THE ECONOMY? The Direct Action Gas Range will save its own cost in a short time. We claim that one cents worth of gas will heat the oven and do a quick baking. This estimate has been sufficiently high to take in ranges in use in all parts of the country Hot Biscuits and Coffee Free. Samples of All Kinds Cooking.
